This apartment is just as pictured/described. Our family of four (two adults, two kids aged 5 and 8) found it to be a perfect place for our week in Paris. The second bedroom is small, but everything is clean and comfortable. The location can't be beat! Many great restaurants, a wonderful market (le marché des enfants rouges), several bakeries, cafés, and shops just around the corner and a park nearby for the kids to let off steam as well. We explored Paris on foot as well as by metro, and found the Marais to be the perfect jumping off point for all our adventures.

Excellent location, on first floor, quiet narrow street but adjacent to busy area with shops, bars, etc. Also close to all Paris tourist attractions. The flat is compact and the main living area is perfectly adequate, the two bedrooms are fine, bathroom smallish but good shower. Everything is in the flat, overall it's quite comfortable, clean and warm. There is a little oudoor area which we didn't use as we visited mid Feb but would be nice to sit out in for a morning coffee. Host was excellent

The apartment was as presented in the online photos. It was clean, large and comfortably accommodated 5 people and was well positioned with supermarkets, banks, restaurants, bars and metro stations in easy walking distance. Check-in was simple and the office a walkable distance from the apartment. We did not do any cooking in the kitchen but it was well equipped. We were able to do washing easily and a drying rack was provided. There was a small balcony which we did not use as it was cool but it would be lovely in warmer weather. We had a really enjoyable stay in this apartment and would certainly consider staying there again.

Me and my family spend two wonderful weeks in Paris. Your attentions and the stay in the apartment at 9 rue de Picardie, Le Marais; were beyond our expectations. Thank you a lot. I look forward to "see" you again in the future.....

Our family of four stayed in this apartment in August and we were very comfortable. The apartment was exactly as portrayed on the website. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was functional and clean (although you need a PhD to operate the oven). The shower was great. The property managers were great both before and during our stay. They let us into the apartment early and were delightful to deal with. This part of the Marais is fabulous with absolutely great food nearby and friendly locals. Each morning I would go and buy our (still warm) baguettes and croissants from the local patisserie/boulangerie. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property management group to work with; very professional, and returned emails promptly. Accommodated us to check in earlier than expected. Very clean and new flat, sufficient space for myself and my 3 daughters for 4 days in Paris. Safe area, close to restaurants, stores, metro station. I would, however, suggest that they provide a mattress and bedding in the loft so a person could sleep up there. Recommended for Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Wunderbar! Super central location in the attracting Marais district, great markets, shops and cafes and restaurants right around the corner. The apartment is fairly new, well furnished, good mattresses, relatively quiet (only on the first night you could hear voices from the bar across the street) and even with a small balcony. The service was very reliable and uncomplicated. We, five girlfriends, have really felt at home!
