El departamento es muy agradable y acogedor, la cocina bien equipada. La ubicación es buena ya que se encuentra cerca de varias estaciones de subte y la calle es tranquila. Joanna fue muy atenta para responder a nuestras preguntas.

Just returned from our week in Paris over Christmas and had a simply lovely stay at Joanne's flat - it is as clean, spacious and wonderfully bright! There was a plethora of great restaurants and shops just steps away. We also had the added benefit of working off our Christmas calories with the flights of stairs - it is was a hike up them, but all the worthwhile for the balcony and brightness of the apartment. If we return to Paris (which I think we will) we would certainly stay here again! Many thanks!

We stayed in this apartment as a family of two adults and two children in December 2015. The apartment was very family friendly and in a terrific location with the closest metro only one block away. There were also multiple supermarkets a close walking distance. Joanna made us feel very welcome and offered to help with any information we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a great little apartment in the heart of Paris. A fantastic location, close to three Metro stops including number 4 line which pretty much services all the main tourist attractions. The apartment had everything we needed. The only negative is that the mattresses need replacing soon, but other than that everything was great. So handy to have a washing machine too. I enjoyed staying here as it gave me a taste of what life would be like to live in Paris.

Our stay at 34 Rue de Montmorency was just the best! Thank you so much for all your help throughout the whole process, right from booking it, and even putting me in touch with someone who had stayed there before so I could ask more specific questions. There is a bad review on TripAdvisor about this apartment but please ignore it as it's totally unfounded. It's a lovely, light and very spacious apartment perfectly placed between the lively Montorgeuil area and the Marais. We will be back! Thank you June & Tim, UK

The apartment was in a fabulous location in trendy Marais district. It was a cosy and well presented apartment, walking distance to the Notre Dame and Louvre. The 5 flights of stairs was a challenge but we are all fitter than when we came - anyway, a good way to burn off those extra calories from all those pastries!

I wanted to thank you and your team for the wonderful stay we had in May. Importantly, all the information we received was clear to understand, including the tenancy agreement and insurance documents; your clear directions supported our early arrival on the Saturday morning. The apartment was comfortable and fabulous, light filled during the day; even better than the photos suggested. The location was great; much of our activity was centred locally and within walking distance. The two metros available provided easy access to other areas of interest. Staff were very helpful in providing advice; even to access a printer when my son needed to print a forward booking. Instructions at the apartment were clear as well; all the equipment functioned well and made our stay enjoyable. The balcony was a special bonus. There were no hitches. It was a fabulous holiday. Thank you to you and your team for your efforts and part in this.

I wanted to thank you again for your great service in renting this apartment to my family and I for a week. It was a very comfortable home for 7 nights in a great location. You two were wonderful to work with. I sure hope to get back to Paris in the near future and I will definitely contact you for a place to stay!
