Staying at Joanna's apartment was a great experience. Location, decoration and cleaningness of the apartment are all 5 stars ! Beyond this my arrival and departure were extremely smooth and Joanna always responded promptly to all my request.

You all were wonderful!!! 5 stars for service. A Part of Paris---very pleased with the service from the initial inquiry to the checkout. Joanne and her team were wonderful—especially Lea and Joel. The apartment looked exactly like the internet photos and it was absolutely perfect for us. We wanted to have a good kitchen since we were there for three weeks and wanted to shop the markets to prepare meals. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. There were only three things not fixed during our stay and they weren’t critical because time of year—the heater in bedroom did not work but Joel bought us a portable heater the first afternoon just in case, the towel warmer never did work, and two lights needed to be replaced. Internet was great and size of apartment was great. They immediately brought us an extra set of sheets and towels when they saw how long we were staying. One very minor thing with toilet lid and they had a service person there pronto. We felt like we lived in Paris as a local and not a tourist! Lea recommended two bakeries within a 5 minute walk that were so good, we still miss them. Every inquiry I had (and there were many!) during our selection process was answered promptly and professionally. They even made recommendations on what they thought we would like , or not, depending on our priorities. The location was great. We could not have been more pleased with our experience in renting from A Part of Paris, highly recommend using their services. Our shuttle from the airport was delayed and they couldn’t have been better to rearrange their schedule to meet us.

Our family of four (two adults and two boys ages 11 and 14) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful apartment. The booking process was very easy and we were happy to arrive after a long flight to find only one flight of stairs to climb into a clean, comfortable apartment. The central location, only one block from the Arts et Métiers metro stop, made visiting all the sights easy. There was also a small supermarket on the corner that was very convenient. The apartment was nicely furnished with an extremely comfortable bed and sofa bed. A Part of Paris also provided an excellent reference book which outlined everything we needed (including detailed directions on how to use the washer/dryer combo). Excellent wifi connection made our kids happy! After a day of walking to see Paris, it was a great place to come home to. Hopefully we will visit again!

We were delighted with all aspects of our stay in the apartment you manage: the apartment itself was at least as good as it looked on your web-site, and was perfect for our needs; you and your colleagues were efficient, friendly and helpful in our dealings with you. When we come to Paris again (as I am sure we will), we will most likely use your services again. Cheers - and thanks again for our lovely stay in Paris!

At first the neighbourhood isn't pleasant but every day our opinion changed and the ground floor supermarket is fine and it is very well connected

57 Rue Au Maire is a pleasant, modern apartment in a building that is approximately 150 years old. The living room/kitchen areas are particularly nice, as is the bathroom. The bedroom is comfortable and functional. The fact that the toilet is on the other side of the bedroom from the shower/bathroom struck my wife and I as somewhat odd, but is actually quite common in 19th century apartments. For the traveler, the apartment has a great deal of convenient storage. While the HD television is quite nice, the few channels in English wore thin after a few days. The apartment’s location is excellent. It is only a 3-4 minute walk to the Pompidou Center, 10-15 minutes from Notre Dame, close to the heart of Le Marais, and less than 30 minutes from many other major sites. A Metro stop was literally at the door, as was a small grocery. The street itself, while not the most scenic, always felt safe. Finally, it was very pleasant working with A Part of Paris. Whether it was making our reservations, checking us in upon arrival, or answering a question or two during our stay, they were pleasant, professional, and understood that they were there to serve.
