The apartment is located right in the heart of Paris, a few steps from Centre Georges Pompidou and the historical Marais Area. Art galeries, all kinds of shopping, cafés, bistrots and also supermarket, bakery, chemist and drycleaning. 5 minuits walk to rue Montorgeuil and to rue de Bretagne - both wonderful streets with open foodmarkets and foodstores. A few steps away from one of the oldest buildings in Paris : the house of Nicolas Flammel. 10 min walk to Notre Dame de Paris, Ile de la Cite and Ile St-Louis.

Perfect on all counts: great location...10 minute stroll to Notre Dame, SPACIOUS apartment between two floors, cozy lift to third floor, two bedrooms/two baths a big plus, clean and well-maintained and equipped, Internet access was a breeze, being able to call to USA for no charge a bonus. Pictures represent the property well. Staff from A Part of Paris were great to work with. I have no hesitation recommending this property.

We all loved the place and next time I come back to Paris, which will hopefully be not too far away, I will stay in the same area again. The service from Apart of Paris was excellent and please extend my thanks and appreciation to all the staff. I have been recommending you to anyone I know who is travelling to Paris. Two of my friends, my 15 year old son and myself stayed in the apartment for 10 days. The apartment was plenty big enough for us all. We all loved the place and the location was excellent adn the street very quiet. I would happily stay in the same place again. There was a great little bakery around the corner, a supermarket close by and easy access to the metro. The kitchen was well set up and we used it quite a bit. What more could you want. Having the letting agency around the corner was also great, especially when someone got locked out! The staff were very helpful. Thank you. The only thing I would say that the spiral stairs may be a bit of a worry if you have very young children. The wireless access was also very well used. I bought my ipad with me and bought a French sim for only 10 Euro and that lasted the whole 10 days. The ipad was great. On our arrival we were collected by the shuttle service organised by Apart of Paris. That was a great service especially after travelling on a plane from Australia for 30 hours and arriving late at night. The driver was terrific and most helpful. It was a real luxury, but the cost was very reasonable between 3 of us. I recommend it highly We all used the metro but found the location is in easy walking distance to all the major sights. My son and I even walked from apartment to the Eiffel Tower and back again in a day. It was a long way but always plenty to see and do, including a couple of stops for food and drink. My son and I caught the metro to the airport, but walked the extra distance to Les Halles so we didnt have to change trains. I had no problems getting there despite lots of luggage, and there is an escalator down. As for pick pockets, just use common sense with your handbag. None of us had any problems in that regard and I felt very safe in Le Marais. Highly recommend the apartment.

The apartment was in a great location. It was within walking distance from many of the sites, a grocery store and the metro. Plenty of places to eat in area. The apartment was clean and spacious. The street was quiet. The wifi worked great and the telephone was a blessing. The rooms were clean and private. Showering was a little difficult from tub and you had to be careful not to allow water to spray or drip out of the standup shower. We'd suggest adding a towel rack in the 2nd bedroom as well. The kitchen was great. We cooked at least one meal each day. Overall, the apartment was a great value and a pleasure to stay in. We would not recommend using the metro to travel to or from airport with luggage. Despite the convenience and cost, there are many stairs and people to navigate through with the luggage. It makes you an easiy target for pick-pockets (it happened to our friend on metro on the way to airport) and its extremely stressful. Worth every euro to have shuttle transportation. Please recommend shuttle in future to guests. Thank you for a great honeymoon in Paris. We give it 4.5 stars.

Paris is a great city to visit. We traveled by train from London, hailed a cab, and were delivered to Rue Chapon on Sunday. Our first view of the surroundings were a bit daunting as all the galleries and shops were locked up which made the street seem deserted. We had arranged to pick up the key to the apartment at the A Part of Paris offices. A nice young man who lived in the building happened by just as we arrived and directed us to the office. It was very close, easy to find and the keys were left just as promised. The following day a lovely young lady came by the complete the check in process. She was very informative about the area and helped us get our bearings. Once we got into the apartment building, we found the TINY elevator which was really small but big enough to get our bags up to the flat. The flat was very spacious and clean. The only draw back was the spiral staircase to the bedrooms. It was quite steep and narrow. Once we got our suitcases up, we tried to make as few trips as possible up and down. Each bedroom had a bath/shower and sink while the toilet was separate and shared. While that was unusual to us, it worked fine. Having a half bath on the main floor was really a bonus. The location could not have been better. We were so centrally located we could walk to most everything or to either of the two tube stations that were near by. There were small little restaurants near by that we frequented. We particularly likes a place called "Les Arts et Metiers' (right next to the subway entrance) more for the staff than the food. Everyone was so nice to us there and all over Paris. There was a pastry shop around the corner for breakfast and a great wine and cheese shop just a few blocks away. This apartment is definitely not for anyone with a handicap. However, if stairs don't bother you, it is a comfortable and spacious place to stay.

We enjoyed staying as if we were locals - even for such a short time. Very friendly and helpful service from all at A part of Paris. Thank you!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION This apartment could not be in a better location. Within walking distance to everything that a visitor would want to see in Paris from Montmartre to Montparnasse, the Eiffel Tower to Place de Vosges and the Bastille, and everything in between. It is a 5 minute walk north of Centre Pompidou, 5 minutes from Les Halles with all its cafes and terraces and yet it is in a very small, quiet street. Public transportation (metro and bus) is very close by. Several grocery stores within a 5 minute walk. The apartment is beautiful, very roomy, nicely furnished and a great layout. Great kitchen with all the amenities. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are beautiful with very comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms for each one. The rental agency was excellent to deal with from the initial response to any questions I had, to dealing with some minor repairs after check in. Everyone was very helpful. If I would have to find any fault with the apartment it would be that it could use at least one more comfortalbe, easy chair in the living room. I can certainly recommend this apartment to anyone.
